Pros We needed an online tool that was simpler and more immediate than the CRMs or PIMs on the market, to be able to use it by customer care personnel as well as those involved in product and marketing. Basecamp studio is the solution to our needs: intuitive and simple to use, centralized and well organized files, easy sharing, file versioning, different accounts for each job.
